Overview
Logistika Urbana is the company operating Yoon Lab. Rashid LLC built and runs its ERP — the internal platform the business is actually operated from, covering purchasing, inventory, orders, finance, customers and point of sale.
It is not an off-the-shelf ERP with the business bent around it. Every module was built against how this business already works, which is why it replaced spreadsheets instead of sitting next to them.
The challenge
A retail business running online and physical stores across a country accumulates disconnected systems fast: one place for stock, another for purchase orders, a spreadsheet for finance, and a generic POS that knows nothing about either.
Every disconnection is a reconciliation job someone does by hand at the end of the week — and a source of stock numbers nobody trusts.
The solution
A modular Django platform where purchasing, inventory, orders, finance, customers and POS are separate modules over one shared data model, so a movement in any of them is immediately visible in the others.
A custom point-of-sale system built for the physical stores, talking to the same inventory and order tables as the online storefront — a sale at a counter and a sale on the web are the same kind of event.
Production infrastructure on AWS (ECS, RDS, S3) with GitHub Actions CI/CD, Celery for async work, and Prometheus/Grafana/Loki so failures are found before someone reports them.
