Flagship engagement

A K-beauty retailer in Mexico, running entirely on software we built.

Yoon Lab sells Korean skincare online and through physical stores across Mexico. We build and operate the whole stack — the storefront customers buy from, the ERP the business runs on, the POS at the counter, and the AI that tells a shopper what their skin actually needs.

Shop the way people actually shop for skincare

Filter by ingredient, brand or concern — acne, dehydration, dark spots, open pores, weakened skin barrier.

Stock state is live on every card, down to “only 4 left”, because that is what moves a decision.

An app, not a mobile site

Most of this traffic is on a phone, so mobile behaves like an app — persistent bottom navigation, localised in Spanish, priced in MXN.

And skincare in Mexico sells through short-form video: creator clips with the product attached and a direct path to buy, built into the storefront rather than linking out to social.

AI skin analysis, wired into the catalogue

The catalogue was already indexed by skin concern. The scan maps onto that same index — so a shopper who only knows their skin feels dry gets a routine built from products genuinely in stock, with the reasoning attached.
